Carton Conveyors
The DC roller conveyor allows zero pressure accumulation transport of unit loads by means of a controller. Each zone is driven by a Drive roller that is connected to a fixed number of slave rollers via Poly Vee belts. Web base editing allows you to change the conveyor’s motor speed, start/stop velocity, rotation, zone delays and carton positioning with a simple lap top plug in. Many applications do not need PLC usage.

The vertical conveyor (continuous) product lift offers a maximum capacity of 2,000 products per hour and is particularly versatile. Products like boxes, cases, trays or bags can be transported to and from any height you require. The product is always carried in an upright position without the risk of product deformation.
