1)  Where did you get your start at TLNW?

I’ve been in the auto/industrial service industry since 1977. I’ve known Julio for a good portion of that. In 2013, he invited me to join Toyotalift.  Working on 10 years, now.

2)  What accomplishment are you most proud of?

I am most proud of how fast I was able to pick up the forklift business after being in auto repair for most of my life. Glenn Edinger was a great help in getting me trained. I miss him a lot!

3)  What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Coffee!

4)  What is your favorite part of the job?

Making a difficult customer happy.

5)  What advice would you give to new hires at TLNW?

Listen to the older guys. They are a great resource of info. Ask lots of questions.

6)  What’s one thing you can’t live without?

My family! They are why we do what we do.

7)  What do you do when you’re not at work (hobby, etc)?

Ride motorcycles as much as possible.

8)  If you had one superpower, what would it be?

Patience. I’m lacking in that area.

9)  Where is your favorite place in the Pacific Northwest?

Barview Jetty camping with our gang.
