Every Quarter, Toyota Lift Northwest takes the time to recognize one of our own that exemplifies what it means to “exceed expectations at all touch points.” This person is someone who has made a lasting impression on our customers and on their colleagues through their actions and attitude.
For Q3, we honor Keith Marzan, a member of our Parts Warehouse in Clackamas, Oregon.
“He is always smiling and positive. He is incredibly helpful in the shipping area. There have been several times when things needed to be shipped out and he is always more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure our packages are handled appropriately.
Most importantly, he just seems to be a joy to be around and work around,” said Rocky Dopp, the Director of Parts. We caught up with Keith and asked him 9 questions:
Where did you get your start at TLNW?
I started at Clackamas TLNW parts department shipping/receiving and still here.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I would have to say probably getting this award, feels pretty good and special.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
My alarm and knowing that I have to get through the day to come back to bed.
What is your favorite part of the job?
The people I work with and see every day! Its like a family environment here in Clackamas
What advice would you give to new hires at TLNW?
Always ask questions and stay focused, Use the people around you who have been there as a resource to help you better yourself in your position.

What do you do when you’re not at work (hobby, etc)?
Taking the boat out when its warm outside

Where is your favorite place in the Pacific Northwest?
I’m from Hawaii so it would have to be the beach, it makes me feel like I’m closer to the islands.
