Jim Paoletti is Toyota Lift Northwest’s Director of Sales for Washington State. He works alongside a dedicated team of Territory Managers to help our customers find the right warehouse solutions to meet their ever changing needs. Recently, he was also recognized as Toyota Lift Northwest’s Top Salesperson for 2023 as well!
Where did you get your start at Toyota Lift Northwest? After working at Raymond for some years, I made the move to Toyota Lift Northwest to serve as the Sales Manager for both Washington and Oregon.
What’s your favorite part of working here? It may sound cliché but I enjoy the overall business culture here; the people I work with and the chance to represent a high quality product.
Any advice for someone starting out in this field? To succeed, you have to put in the effort and time. Then you’ll see there’s a bright future ahead of you.
What are you looking forward to in the next few years at Toyota Lift Northwest? I’m looking forward to building upon the continual growth and success we’ve established over the past 3-4 years. From the new locations we’ve opened and the new products and services we’ve launched, I’m excited to see what’s next.
How long have you been with the company? I’ve been with Toyota Lift Northwest since 2014.
What do you like to do with you’re not working? I like to spend time with my wife, relax at our beach house, play with our dogs, play with our “toys” like our boat.
