A walkie pallet stacker is the bigger brother to the humble walkie pallet jack. Where a jack excels at the ground game, the stacker goes high giving you the opportunity to use your storage space effectively and efficiently. Stackers take a cue from forklifts and add a mast to the front. With that, you can reach up to the second or third shelves easily. Specifications
Updated for 2025, the Toyota Counter Balanced Stacker comes with 42in pallet forks but can handle forks from 30in to 48in. The backrest is 48in tall but can be optioned with a 36in or 44in instead. The AC drive system is powered by a 24V electrical system and is UL Type-E constructed. As with other electric pallet jacks and stackers, the mast controls are integrated into the operator handle.
Depending on the model trim, you can lift between 2,000 and 4,000lbs at a rate of 37 to 27 fpm. You’ll keep maximum control with a max travel rate of 3.5mph, a turn radius between 56 and 68in, and the whole thing will be brought to a halt with regenerative brakes.
