Integrated Electric Pneumatic Forklifts
We’ve offered Electric Pneumatic Forklifts for quite a while now, providing you with a quieter, low emission alternative to the internal combustion forklifts for outdoor operations. Now we take a step forward with electric forklifts that have increased run times and performance rivaling their fuel counterparts. The “integrated” in the name refers to the Li-Ion battery system integrated into the forklift similar to your cellphone. You’ll have less downtime for battery maintenance. These are 90v electrical systems with the option between 564 Amp Hours and 846.
These new Integrated Electric Forklifts come in two models:
The Mid Electric Pneumatic – 8,000lbs to 11,000lbs
The Large Electric Pneumatic – 13,500lbs to 17,500lbs
They come standard with the Automatic Parking Brake which activates when the forklift comes to a complete stop and the driver leaves the seat. This operator presence sensing system also disengages the hydraulics. You can also take advantage of regenerative breaking. On top of this, you have the option to include the SEnS+ safety system for added peace of mind.
High-Capacity Order Picker
As you optimize your warehouse space, you’ll probably consider building upwards. When your picking operations need to keep up, you’ll need a high capacity order picker. With options reaching up to 38’ high, you can keep operations just as efficient as your storage solutions. On top of that, you have the option to equip lithium-ion batteries for longer lasting power.
Core Electric Forklift Update
The vaunted Toyota Core Electric Forklift gets a new update that is way more than a fresh coat of paint. To start, the powertrain has been completely redesigned to increase the run time and performance. MyInsights Telematics is now standard. We’ve talked a bit about the amount of control this software suite gives you and you can check our previous article for a refresher.
This updated model also includes standard Synchronized Steering, an Automatic Parking Brake, LED Front Headlights, a Premium Full Suspension Seat, and 4.3” Color Multi-Function Display.
