AS/RS & Pick Modules
Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) offer multiple advantages over static storage racks. Storage density is significantly increased by eliminating the need for wide aisles. Product retrieval reduces labor cost while increasing flow volume. Warehouse Management Software (WMS) allows the inventory to be more accurately and reliably stored and retrieved with less dependence on labor. AS/RS systems can store very small containers up to pallet sized loads. These systems include the use of transport shuttles, Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), and cranes. In some cases, they can be a standalone building.

Plastic Totes
Plastic totes are available in hundreds of different sizes, shapes, and colors. Custom totes can be made to suit almost any application. Totes are commonplace in the material handling industry. They are used for storage, selective picking, bin picking, AS/RS, carton flow, stacking, vertical lift module and much more.
Pallet & Carton Flow
Pallet Flow and Carton Flow are high density storage systems that allow units of inventory to flow freely on conveyors or wheels. Goods are loaded in one end of the system and retrieved from the other. Pallets or containers fit tightly inside of the flow rack and are indexed following the first in first out method. Racks can be replenished or retrieved by hand, crane, forklift, or sorting conveyor.
Product Shuttles
Pallet Shuttles are a dense storage system that allow pallets to be automatically placed and retrieved. The shuttle transmits pallets within storage system rails, which allows closely packed inventory. The shuttle is selectively placed on desired racks by a forklift.
AS/RS
In situations that involve large product volumes across a diverse range of SKUs, dedicated pick structures can help you maintain demanding fulfillment objectives. This can include Mini Load, Goods to Person, and custom solutions.
Pick Modules
A Pick module is a multilevel warehouse storage and processing system. It usually employs conveyors and flow-racks to help repackage, sort, and build orders. It leverages the powers of dense storage and automation to process and redistribute inventory.
