It is a paperless and semi-automated picking/putting system.

Voice picking is a hands-free picking system that controls the user with a voice command. The acoustic feedback will guide the employee to the location and tell the quantity of a product to be picked. This will eliminate printing lists and make the picking process faster and easier.
