A Face to the Name – Veronica Abraham

Meet Veronica Abraham, the Parts Sales Representative for Toyota Lift Northwest! Abraham joined the TLNW team in February as a Territory Manager. In August 2020, she began a new position as the Parts Sales Representative. As the Parts Sales Representative, she works with Toyota forklift owners to provide Toyota Genuine Parts and StarLift parts. She also comes up with innovative ideas to get parts to customers quickly and easily. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers. She also enjoys finding the part or forklift they need to be successful.

One of her favorite memories at TLNW is using her determination to develop a rewarding relationship with a customer. She worked hard to meet them and provide for their needs, eventually improving their fleet and creating a working relationship with them. “Don’t get discouraged, just keep trying”, she said

Outside of work, Abraham enjoys spending time with her family and meeting new people. Throughout the week, she spends time with her two children, regularly taking her son to soccer practice. In addition, she works at the census on Sundays to get to know new people. Abraham is excited to take on her new role and thankful for the opportunity to learn and grow.
