His favorite part of being a Territory Manager, Forklift Trainer, and Senior Manager at TLNW is helping customers troubleshoot situations and solve problems. “Never say no or that we can’t do something,” Morones said. “Utilize other team members and their expertise to think outside the box to find solutions for our customers.” He is also part of the prestigious group of master forklift salespeople as a result of his work at TLNW. He is more than an exemplary salesman, however. He and his family spent 15 years living in Rwanda founding schools and orphanages, and working with a survivor of the Rwandan genocide to co-found the non-profit organization Africa New Life Ministries.
Now, he enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He is a basketball coach in his local community and a “die hard Duck fan”. He attends their football and basketball games when he can.
