Meet our 2021 Q3 and Q4 Employees of the Quarter

Every Quarter, Toyota Lift Northwest takes the time to recognize one of our own that exemplifies what it means to “exceed expectations at all touch points.” This person is someone who has made a lasting impression on our customers and on their colleagues through their actions and attitude.

In the Third Quarter, Jason Beckham was selected. Jason is a hardworking, engaged employee who brings value to the Storage and Automation Department. He has no problems working late or coming in on weekends to finish the job. Kevin Dean, Sr. Manager, Storage & Automation highly regards Jason as an integral part of the team and is highly respected by his team and peers!
We were able to ask Jason a few questions:

Where did you get your start at TLNW?
I got my start a little over a year ago. I want to thank Barb Gustafson and Rick Binder.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
My most important accomplishment in life right now is overcoming addition and being in and out of prison half of my life. Anybody can do it. You just got to stay positive and live one day at a time and not worry about what happened yesterday. Worry about today and being happy that you are alive.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
I believe what gets me out of bed every day is being able to provide for my family and loved ones.
What is your favorite part of the job?
My favorite part of this job is knowing at the end of the day I accomplished everything I wanted to do and made my boss and the President of Toyotalift happy and proud.
What advice would you give to new hires at TLNW?
Stay positive, take it easy; one day at a time and they will get it.
What’s one thing you can’t live without?
I can’t live without my old lady Janice. She means the world to me.
What do you do when you’re not at work (hobby, etc)?
When I am not at work, I’m always working and if I’m not at home working, I’m here at work. I also work on cars, I go fishing, and I like to be able to buy things I’m not worried about not having the money to do so.
If you had one superpower, what would it be?
To bring my mother back to life.
Where is your favorite place in the Pacific Northwest?
My favorite place in the Pacific Northwest is standing in the river catching salmon anywhere. I love to fish.

For the Fourth Quarter, Tina Woodworth was selected. Tina, our Payroll and Benefits Specialist (Clackamas), has been an instrumental part of our team since 2018. She is responsible for duties including payroll and benefits. Tina does a fantastic job working tirelessly behind the scenes processing payroll every pay period. She is always willing to help answer any questions Payroll/Benefits related and is very knowledgeable regarding any payroll/benefits laws/regulations.
Tina is constantly working to ensure everyone’s pay and benefits are absolutely accurate, but she did make time to answer a few questions.
