Our Employee of Q4 2023 is Kacey Watt!

Every Quarter, Toyota Lift Northwest takes the time to recognize one of our own that exemplifies what it means to “exceed expectations at all touch points.” This person is someone who has made a lasting impression on our customers and on their colleagues through their actions and attitude.

“Kacey has ALWAYS been willing to help wherever needed. She has hopped over to the Service team and helped with billing when they were short staffed. She has stepped up as a team leader on the accounting team, mentoring our Junior Accountant and Collections Specialist. Kacey is always willing to learn, and we can rely on her to get the job done.”

  1. Where did you get your start at TLNW?

I have always been in the Accounting Department, worked my way up from Accounts Receivable Specialist to Accountant 1 to Lead Receivables Accountant.

  1. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

I think the accomplishment I am most proud of is the yearly reduction of our Aging.

  1. What gets you out of bed in the morning?

What gets me up in the morning is the itch to be moving and being productive.

  1. What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of this job has got to be the people I work with, from the Accounting department, to Parts, Service, Allied, Trailer and Battery throughout WA and OR.

  1. What advice would you give to new hires at TLNW?

My best advise to new hires is put your nose to the grindstone, ask lots of questions and do not be afraid to be yourself.

  1. What’s one thing you can’t live without?

The one thing I can not live without is family and friends.

  1. What do you do when you’re not at work (hobby, etc)?

When I am not at work I enjoy playing PC games, board games, talking to friends, enjoying life and wishing I was at the beach

  1. If you had one superpower, what would it be?

The Superpower I would like would be mind reading.  Would come in great help at work and at home…

  1. Where is your favorite place in the Pacific Northwest?

My favorite place in Oregon is pretty much anywhere on the Oregon Coast
