Meet our Employee of Q3 2023, Gary Reeser!

Every Quarter, Toyota Lift Northwest takes the time to recognize one of our own that exemplifies what it means to “exceed expectations at all touch points.” This person is someone who has made a lasting impression on our customers and on their colleagues through their actions and attitude.

Gary goes above and beyond to take care of our customers’ needs whether its Service, Parts, Rental or Sales. He also holds training sessions with the techs to ensure they understand what they are working on and how to correctly make the repairs.” He was instrumental in getting the branch ASEC ready. 

Knowing Gary is taking care of this branch with the utmost work ethic helps his manager focus on the growth of all the Oregon branches.

  1. Where did you get your start at TLNW?

Field service technician in Eugene.

  1. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Being part of the team setting up the Medford facility.

  1. What gets you out of bed in the morning?

Interacting with the customers and their equipment.

  1. What is your favorite part of the job?

Getting repairs done within a reasonable timeframe and good value to the customers.

  1. What advice would you give to new hires at TLNW?

Take your time , ask questions, and be patient.

  1. What do you do when you’re not at work (hobby, etc)?

Make things.

  1. If you had one superpower, what would it be?

Eliminate all sickness.

Anywhere on the coast.
